
This is one of the things I got from watching TV after exams:P
1. Don't skip meals.
2. Exercise. Exercise does not only burn calories when u exercise, but also after exercise, including during sleep!
3. Food containing more protein makes u full much longer. But I'm not suggesting a protein diet!
4. Food that is 'half solid half liquid' makes u last longer.
5. Eat more dairy products (low fat ones of course!).
6. For those of u who count ur calorie intake, u're underestimating it! (usually people estimate only 60% of the real intake)
7. Buffet is a no no!:)
8. Use a smaller plate:)
9. Be active! e.g. use the stairs instead of the elevators, if u have a sitting job, stand up and stretch urself every half an hour -> Keep moving! Don't sit still all day long!:)
